– 1 cup ketchup – 1/2 cup molasse – 1/4 cup cider vinegar – 2 teaspoons chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
First of all, we take a bowl and mix chili powder, garlic, celery salt, black pepper, etc. After this, cut the brisket in half and put it in the bowl and turn it to coat. Cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
Transfer beef to 5- or 6-bar. Add broth and bay leaves to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 hours or until the meat is soft.
